Beasley to manage Triple-A Syracuse

The Nationals named Tony Beasley as the manager of their Triple-A club in Syracuse on Thursday. Beasley replaces Randy Knorr, who was hired more than a week ago as the Nationals' bench coach.

Strasburg dominates in Triple-A rehab start

Stephen Strasburg started for the Triple-A Syracuse Chiefs on Saturday night and tossed five perfect innings before allowing two singles to open the sixth against the Rochester Red Wings at Syracuse's Alliance Bank Stadium.
