Capps earns first All-Star Game appearance

Add the phrase, All-Star, to Matt Capps resume. The Nationals' closer was added to the National League All-Star Team on Sunday afternoon. It will be the first of his big league career.

Capps, Zimmerman visit Hospital For Children

Fresh off their 2-1 win against the Royals, Matt Capps and Ryan Zimmerman of the Nationals took time off from baseball to visit patients at INOVA Fairfax Hospital For Children on Tuesday morning.
