Run for Bears for chance at 2012 All-Star tickets

December usually means cold weather, gifts, and hot chocolate. Those three things take on new meaning this year, as UMPS CARE Charities introduces the Run for Bears in conjunction with "America's Sweetest Race," the Hot Chocolate 15/5k on December 3 at National Harbor, outside of Washington.
