Highly-touted pitching prospect Stephen Strasburg (3-0, 0.52) tossed five-no-hit innings in game one, his club rallied in the seventh inning of game two, and the Harrisburg Senators went on to sweep a doubleheader from the R-Phils at FirstEnergy Stadium on Tuesday – winning both games by just one run.

Monday night’s Double-A game between Strasburg’s Harrisburg Senators and host Reading Phillies was rained out and will be made up as part of a doubleheader Tuesday. Strasburg, the No. 1 overall pick in last year’s amateur draft, will pitch the first game.

Well folks, I drove almost 3 hours to the game today. Well worth it. In five innings Stephen struck out 6, walked one, and only gave up (ahem) one hit. I’ve seen some other articles around the net today calling it a “soft liner” that fell in.
